They may be enjoying a perfectly satisfying papa-katsu arrangement without an adult relationship (intimate).

I can’t help but feel that people who call others “old geezers” have a warped personality.
It’s truly disappointing that someone like that is a club member. I hope they quit soon.
I suppose this question comes from having a warped personality, but generally speaking, most people wouldn’t do anything. That’s the normal response from a mature adult.
You could mention something like, “I happened to see you the other day,” the next time you meet, but I think it depends on how close you are to the other person.
If you’re not that close yet, I think more people would simply say nothing the next time they meet.
