When an offer is made, I assume the representative from the man’s registered branch will contact me. If the woman is registered with a different branch, will the staff at her branch also be aware of the offer and the date?

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here. I assume there’s some reason behind your question, but I’m not quite sure what it is. What benefit would knowing the answer give you? Even if you told the branch staff, “I heard they’re aware of it here,” I don’t think anyone would take that seriously. > I assume the person in charge at the man’s registered branch will contact me when there’s an offer. The wording is a little unclear, but are you asking whether the woman will be contacted? If so, the answer is yes. If you mean whether the staff will be notified, then no. > If the woman is registered at a different branch, will the staff at the branch where she registered also be aware of the offer and the date? What do you mean by “aware”? The information is recorded in the database, so if that counts as being aware, then yes, they are. However, since they didn’t arrange the meeting themselves, if you mean that they would already know it was happening today without checking the database, then no, they would not be aware of it.
