It looks like the club office has rental outfits and a changing space.
To make your papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) worthwhile, I recommend choosing profile outfits that show off your personal style. The most important thing is to wear something that suits you and makes you feel confident.
If you wear something revealing—and especially if it highlights your figure—you may receive a certain number of offers, or possibly more.
Very revealing outfits, particularly swimsuits, really stand out in a profile.
However, you can probably expect most of the offers to come from papas who are looking for an adult relationship (intimate) right from the start. If you like adult relationships and don’t mind them, or if you want to receive lots of offers in a short time, then a swimsuit or a maximally revealing outfit might work well.
That said, there are also plenty of papas who simply want to date a normal, down-to-earth girl.
If you don’t necessarily want offers flooding in, a calm, understated outfit that suits you best may be the way to go if you want to attract papas who are looking for an ordinary girl.
By the way, I’ve never made an offer to a girl with a swimsuit profile photo.
Personally, I like lightweight dresses that show the lines of the body, or ribbed knitwear. Though I suppose there’s not much point in telling you my preferences（笑）
I guess I like outfits similar to those worn by freelance announcers Minami Tanaka and “Hironaka-chan.” They’re calculatedly cute.
In my personal opinion, I really don’t understand people who wear the loaner clothes provided there. There must be several other people out there who have had their pictures taken in the exact same outfit.
First and foremost, you should choose clothes that suit you and reflect how you want to be perceived.
I bring another outfit in addition to the one I wear there, and I bring my own shoes as well. The shoes they keep at the branch are around a size 24.5 and far too loose on me. They’re also high in the front and have that hostess-club-girl look, which really isn’t my style. The clothes aren’t to my taste either.
By the way, the shoes are brand-new and unworn.
Many men say that once the relationship deepens, personality and compatibility matter more than appearance. But nothing can start unless you receive an offer in the first place, so I think photos are important.

Fuu, you’ve spelled out everything I meant by my vague expression, “how I want to be perceived.”
It comes down to what kind of people I want offers from and how many, so I can’t afford to be careless with my photos!
By the way, Fuu, one of the outfits I wore to the shoot was a ribbed knit dress, and the other was a lightweight stretch dress.
As far as the outfits alone go, they were absolutely spot-on (lol).

I think the more revealing outfits are usually provided by the branch office.
Some women do come to their interviews wearing revealing clothes, but I feel they’re in the minority.
If you’re embarrassed to wear it there, you can bring a change of clothes. When interviews overlap and things are busy, there may be times when they don’t let you change even though you brought something.
In that case, you could say, “I went to the trouble of bringing this, so I’d really like to take my photos in it. I’ll change quickly.” They’ll probably let you change.
Occasionally, some women take a long time to change, so when things are busy, staff may hesitate to let them do it. That’s why saying “I’ll change quickly” can make a real difference.
> I understand there are clothes available to borrow. Is there a changing area where women change on-site?
It depends on the branch, but I think most branches don’t have a dedicated changing area. Usually, women change in the restroom.
> Are shorter skirts generally more popular?
Shorter skirts show off your legs and make men more eager to send an offer.
On the other hand, if your legs aren’t visible, some men may simply end up thinking, “I’m not sure.”
With that in mind, shorter is probably better.
That said, I think it also depends on your personality and image.
For someone with a more refined, composed atmosphere, an outfit with a young-lady-like feel may be more suitable.
Either way, long skirts aren’t particularly popular, so I feel a skirt length around just above the knee is best.

That’s simply what happens when staff try to make the most of a woman who showed up wearing a long skirt—they have her roll it up.
However, not every staff member wants women to do that. If your photos are taken with the long skirt left as-is, your offers may decrease.
Still, when it comes down to it, popular women receive offers regardless of whether they’re wearing a long skirt or anything else, so I don’t think you need to worry too much about your clothes.
Also, while photos are important, the most important thing is making a good impression on the interview staff.
If the staff like you, they’ll write positive comments on your profile because they genuinely think you’re a great woman.
So I think it’s important not to forget that the people you actually need to appeal to are the staff.
If you approach the interview thinking that you only need to have the bare minimum of conversation, it won’t go well at all.
Even if you say, “I’m good at conversation, so I can make men enjoy themselves,” if the conversation with the interviewer doesn’t become lively, they may assume it will be the same when you meet men.
