It happened to me the other day, but I didn’t really think anything of it.
She was re-registering, yet her profile said something like, “This is my first time joining a site like this, and I’m so nervous.” It was painfully cringeworthy, so I thought I’d give her a heads-up on LINE, but she’d already blocked me.

I’ll answer as Maezawa from the CEO’s office.
If she said something like, “I’m thinking of quitting papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan),” then if you hadn’t blocked her, I feel like she might contact you once the reason she quit has been resolved.
If you had blocked her, I don’t think she would reach out.
Emotionally, I’d probably just think, “I guess she quit but came back.”
It also seems like it would depend on how things ended between you before.

A few times, I’ve seen someone I used to meet re-register, said something like, “You’re still active? Want to meet up again after all this time?” and rekindled things.
Even if someone from your past finds out, the worst that can happen is probably a bruised ego. If you’re not currently seeing anyone, wouldn’t there be no real downside?
