The profile includes what the staff member noticed during the interview—her overall vibe, attitude (whether she was using her phone, making eye contact, etc.), the way she spoke, and her general demeanor.
It seems like the information staff write does have a fair amount of influence on whether she receives offers.
Showing your face is something nobody really wants to do, which is why girls who work up the courage to do it tend to receive plenty of offers. Since they’ve taken the plunge and joined the club, I think almost everyone shows their face.

Their profiles include quite a lot of information, as long as it doesn’t seem likely to identify them personally.

Almost everyone shows their face.
The profile contains enough information to go over in about an hour, including an explanation of the system, photos, and video recording.
It includes her age, height, weight, zodiac sign, blood type, occupation, relationship type, times she’s available, favorite foods, hobbies, drinking and smoking habits, languages she speaks, and a general idea of where she lives. It also includes comments from the staff member who interviewed her—the amount of detail varies depending on how much the woman has to talk about and the staff member’s personal style.
If she filled it out herself, it also includes her answers to a template called the “Mistress Profile” and her own comments.
Personally, I don’t feel there’s anything lacking in the amount of information.
