For example, people who engage in swapping presumably have to discuss it with their spouses, so I imagine they do talk about it. I believe manga artist Akira Narita told both his wife and children that he went to telephone clubs. (I think he eventually started running one himself, though.) Some people talk about it, and some don’t.
