When I’m intimate with my papa, I picture someone else in my head, but sometimes he’ll forcibly turn my face toward him and say, “Look at me!” or get angry. Can men tell when a girl is imagining someone else? Does it hurt them? I’m shocked. Why are they so perceptive about this when they’re usually oblivious?

I can kind of understand that. I tend to think negatively, so if she closes her eyes and turns away, I assume that’s what’s going on.
At that point, I just accept it and think, “Go ahead and use my ‘stick’ for your convenience.” I’d never do anything to interrupt her imagination.

It’s probably not that he can read your mind—it’s that your feelings are showing in your behavior.
If he told you to look at him, you were probably turning your face away. From a man’s perspective, even if he thinks it might have been accidental, he may still feel that you’re not emotionally invested.
You can’t force yourself to have certain feelings, but I think it would be better to at least try not to let them show in your attitude.

“Look at me” is pretty intense, haha. I can’t really say what’s going on in his head—I think he probably just wants to see her face.
I get embarrassed when someone watches me, so I’d actually prefer her to look away. That said, I’d still feel awkward if she were staring intently at the corner of the room, so I’d be happy if she simply closed her eyes and turned her face away. And if she had a furrowed brow because she was enjoying herself, that would be perfect.
I learned that some people have a preference for finishing while looking at their partner’s face.
