When that happens, you could ask the staff: “I’m uneasy because there’s no profile for the man. Would it be possible to see his profile?” Most staff will probably explain something like: “We tell men that women feel uneasy when there’s no profile, so would you consider registering one? You can keep it private and only show it to the person you make an offer to.” Then even a man who didn’t want to register a profile may say: “If it’s only shown to the person I’m making an offer to, that’s fine.
