Just a quick note of caution: if you meet someone through Universe, please don’t suggest this from the very first date. Long dates should only happen after you’ve gotten to know each other, and only if the other person agrees. (In other words, you need to tell them in advance that it will be a 10-hour date and get their consent.) We occasionally receive feedback from women saying they met someone around lunchtime, spent the day visiting museums or doing something similar, and ended up being kept out until nighttime—which they didn’t like. For example, on dating apps and similar services, I think many people ask for around 5,000 yen per hour for a wholesome date. Some ask for 10,000 yen per hour. Using that as a reference, even without going to a hotel, a 10-hour date would require an allowance of 50,000–100,000 yen. (That’s simply what some women may hope to receive.) If you do end up going to a hotel, some women may ask for an additional 50,000–100,000 yen, bringing the desired allowance for the day to 100,000–200,000 yen.
