I'm a married woman considering an interview. My husband has unusual preferences and has given me his approval, but should I tell the man I'm meeting about this? Or would he find it suspicious or be put off?

I’m Meg, a female member. Come to think of it, there are also women on Twitter who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) with their husbands’ approval. On YouTube, I’ve even seen a woman whose husband has a cross-dressing fetish. Shoko Ieda interviewed them. She’s married and has four papas (male supporters)—what an incredible world… Oh, but I would absolutely, positively never tell my husband.

Maezawa from the CEO’s Office here. Thank you for your question. For example, after registering, you could write something like this in your profile: “My husband has unusual preferences, and he approves of this. I’ll report to him afterward about what the date was like, but I don’t think this will cause you any inconvenience.” That way, I think you’ll only receive offers from men who are interested in—or comfortable with—a husband-approved arrangement, so you won’t have to worry about whether or not to mention it.

I’m date◎yume, a male member. What do you mean by “unusual preferences”? It would be easier to answer if you gave some examples. On its own, “unusual preferences” is a little too vague to know how to respond.
