There’s no point comparing your allowance with what others receive. It really comes down to how much you’d be satisfied with yourself.

If you’re selling both your heart and your body, that’s a pretty low amount.
If it feels too expensive, let’s look for some other, more fun men.

My guess is that she’s calculating it as the per-meeting rate multiplied by the expected number of meetings. For ¥150,000, for example, ¥50,000 × 3 meetings. For ¥120,000, ¥60,000 × 2 meetings—or ¥40,000 × 3. If she’s thinking in terms of the total amount, it would probably be a nice, round figure. And anyone who says that, on top of rent and her allowance, transportation costs another ¥30,000 is pretty meticulous. I can practically imagine her normally producing an itemized breakdown if you asked, “Sorry, could I see the details?”
Also, I’ll let it slide because I’m in a good mood today, but be more careful about how you word your question.
Specifically, these two parts:
・The risk of selling your heart and body to an old man in his 50s
・If your answer is just meant to make fun of me, as I’ve been seeing a lot of lately, please refrain from replying
Those two.

Whether it’s a monthly arrangement or pay-per-meeting, I decide on a total amount I’d like to give each woman per month.
I ask, “How much are you thinking per month?” but almost no one answers. Occasionally, though, someone does.
In those cases, if her request is 150,000 or 120,000 yen, like the person asking this question, she may do the math and say she’d like to meet five or four times. I then meet her on a pay-per-meeting basis so that things work out according to her expectations.
With the others, I don’t set a monthly amount, but I try to meet them as often as possible on a pay-per-meeting basis.
Of course, you’re free to meet whoever you want, but your time is precious. Personally, I feel it’s a waste to spend that time with someone you consider elderly. Some people—both women and men—become more attractive as they get older, so I can’t help thinking it would be better for you to meet someone with whom you feel your time is more worthwhile.

First, you say the monthly amount is ¥150,000, but you’re receiving a total of ¥310,000 from that man, aren’t you? Why focus only on the ¥150,000? You said that what you receive from him amounts to ¥310,000 per month, didn’t you?
Whether that’s a lot or a little depends on the person, so I won’t comment on that.
As for why it’s ¥150,000, judging from the transportation allowance, I assume you meet three times a month, making it ¥50,000 per meeting. If the transportation allowance is ¥5,000 per meeting, then you meet six times a month, making it ¥25,000 each time. I’m not that man himself, so I can only speculate.
For the ¥120,000 arrangement, I assume the calculation would be ¥60,000 per meeting if you meet twice a month, ¥40,000 if you meet three times, or ¥30,000 if you meet four times. When it comes to other people, all I can do is speculate like this.
I don’t use monthly arrangements because the two people’s expectations often stop lining up over things like how many times they’ll meet and when the money will be handed over. I prefer to keep things clear and agree on a pay-per-meeting amount. No woman has ever said this to me, but if one absolutely insisted on a monthly amount, I would agree on how many times we would meet each month and calculate it by multiplying that by the allowance per meeting. At the same time, we would also need to discuss the related terms: whether it would be okay to pay the allowance in the middle of the month, how to settle things if the number of meetings decreased for reasons on her side, how much notice would be required to end the relationship, and how to settle things if the arrangement began or ended midway through the month.
Other people’s allowances aren’t useful as a reference. An allowance is really a matter of how much you feel you want and how much the man is willing to give, isn’t it? If you feel that anything less than ¥1,000,000 a month wouldn’t be worth the risk of giving your heart and body to a man in his fifties, then you should state that confidently. If you feel that once a month is enough, then you should say so. That’s the kind of thing an allowance is.
I was curious about the part where you mentioned the “teasing answers” you’ve been seeing lately. I don’t think the respondents were making fun of you. For example, I wrote this answer seriously and gave it careful thought.
I would appreciate it if you could point out specifically what made you feel the answers were mocking you, perhaps by giving some examples.

The papa I used to have a monthly arrangement with was once a lyricist and still received royalties, so those royalties became my monthly allowance.
I assume it was because, unlike a salary or executive compensation, it was personal money he didn’t have to give to his wife.
Everyone has their own reasons, so I think the only thing you can do is ask your papa how he decided on it.
