Thank you for your question.
“Little devil”?
I wondered what that meant, so I looked it up.
The magazine *Koakuma Ageha* was a gyaru-style fashion magazine launched in 2006. Since many of its readers worked at cabaret clubs, it was also called “the cabaret hostess’s textbook.” It covered not only hairstyles and fashion, but the entire lifestyle of the “little devil” type of woman, and caused a huge sensation. It stopped publication in 2011, but after a limited revival, it was fully relaunched in 2015.
Celebrities known for their “little devil” image include Erika Sawajiri and Nanao, who used to be a race queen.
A little-devil woman charms men with her cuteness. She may act in ways that would normally make people dislike her, such as being demanding or talking down to others. While making men flustered, she also excites them, and that duality is part of her appeal. Keywords associated with the little-devil type include “leading someone on,” “sexy,” “mysterious,” and “multifaceted.”
**Little-devil fashion**
Men, in general, love women in dresses. Naturally, dresses are essential for the little-devil type as well.
However, a little devil chooses styles that accentuate her figure, even when wearing a simple dress. A close-fitting upper half with a defined waist, or fabric that follows the body’s lines overall, helps showcase her appeal to the fullest. Don’t forget the “sexiness” that defines the little-devil look.
For a little devil who uses her “sexiness” to attract men’s attention, revealing outfits are also a must. Tops with plunging necklines and miniskirts are essential. If she wears a long skirt, it should have a high slit.
It’s also important to use little tricks, such as adding accessories that draw the eye toward the exposed areas. However, the key is to reveal just enough—right on the verge of showing too much. A moderate amount of exposure that stirs his imagination brings out the little devil’s “leading-you-on” effect.
……
There was much more, but I’ll leave that out.
When it comes to fashion, rather than being specifically “little-devil” fashion, it just seems like the usual “These kinds of clothes look nice, don’t they?” sort of thing.
Is being a little devil simply knowing what men like and using that to your advantage?
That doesn’t seem particularly “little devil” to me—it sounds pretty normal. Maybe the demanding, self-centered behavior is what makes someone a little devil?
Still, if you’re demanding just for the sake of it, I feel like the relationship would simply end. So does it mean you first captivate the man and make him not want to leave, and only then start making demands?
Men who prefer to avoid younger women may actually find that kind of behavior troublesome.
On the other hand, some men do prefer younger women, so perhaps being a little devil works well with that type of man.

There are definitely women with that little-devil charm, and I suppose it can be an advantage in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) too.
But if you’re thinking, “I want to become popular in papa-katsu, so I’ll act like a little devil,” I don’t think that’s the right approach. Technically, you should first go up against the real pros who work hard in nightlife or the adult entertainment industry before making claims like that. And from the men’s perspective, I think many of us aren’t looking for an imitation.
If that little-devil persona is truly your strongest weapon, I don’t think papa-katsu is where you should be focusing your efforts.

Maybe something like Dan Mitsu? Not bad.
But the ultimate look is someone who appears to be a refined, innocent type with black hair.
