A profile photo that really catches the eye…
A sexy photo would probably attract attention, but quite a few swimsuit photos were posted during the summer. They certainly made an impression, but since about 10% of the women were wearing swimsuits, they weren’t all that extraordinary.
Some men also commented that they might be going a little too far, so while swimsuit photos do stand out, I feel that era has probably come to an end. (笑)
With that in mind, I think something a little more subtle would work better—such as showing just a hint of cleavage or wearing a form-fitting knit dress that shows off your figure. It would attract a fair amount of attention without looking over the top.
A photo in a white dress with a hat, giving off an elegant, refined-lady vibe, might also work well—but it depends on whether that image suits your personality.

You don’t need to flatter the staff, but they do pass information on to the men, so it’s important to make a good impression on them.
For example, lining up your shoes after taking them off and speaking politely.
