Get your allowance in cash and buy it yourself.
Whoa, they cost around ¥200,000? I’ve never bought a bag costing more than ¥20,000.
The watch I’m wearing was ¥1,078, and I only use it at the movie theater.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here, answering your question.
I think only a tiny handful of women can directly ask their papa (a male supporter) to buy them something—maybe one in 10,000?
Usually, the moment you ask him to buy something for you, his opinion of you will drop sharply, and the relationship itself may come to an end.
In this case, I think it would be better to find a store displaying the item and go there together, then say something like:
“I’m trying to save up enough to buy this. I hope it’s still available by then.”
That way, you’re showing that you want it but plan to buy it yourself.
If he still doesn’t buy it for you, the basic approach is to purchase it yourself. But perhaps he’s the kind of papa who would buy it for you if you simply showed it to him—you just don’t know yet.
Good luck coming up with a strategy.

Rather than simply saying, “Buy this for me,” I think you need to know how to ask for things tactfully.
P.S. Anpanman,
> If I were a man and a girl asked me, “Buy this for me~,” I’d probably think, “She sees me as an ATM—ugh, I’m gonna cry.”
In my case, I’d think, “If you can’t afford to buy it yourself, then it’s beyond your means.” The moment someone says, “Buy this for me~,” I’d consider it goodbye, and I might even say that out loud(笑)
