Thank you for your question.
You sound like a lovely woman—clumsy at times, but considerate of others.
If you had left out the “Dear [Name]” part, accidentally including two messages wouldn’t have seemed that strange. The fact that you took the care to address the other person by name is actually a nice touch.
Of course, the mistake has turned into a bit of a mess, but in its own way, I think it makes you seem endearingly cute.
When you meet, you could say, “I accidentally included someone else’s message, so as punishment, you have to do this for me today,” which could be fun.
Or you could simply say nothing.

I’m Flagmaker, a column writer.
If it were me, I’d just laugh and say, “Looks like this ended up in here by mistake, haha,” and leave it at that.

I think how you should respond depends on what this woman means to you and what kind of relationship you’ve built with her so far.
That said, I feel it’s probably best to treat her as usual, as if nothing happened.

This is Kazu, a male member.
I think you should lightly tease her about it, then let it slide with a penalty game. That should clear up both your lingering discomfort and her embarrassment.
