Thanks for your question.
If it’s just two offers, I think that’s a number you could mention as is. But you don’t necessarily have to be completely honest, so you could say something like:
“Have you received any other offers?”
“Just a few…”
Or:
“I was surprised by how many offers I received.”
Either approach should be fine.

This is the papa-katsu equivalent of the classic “How’s business?” “Can’t complain” small talk. Let’s come up with your own standard response pattern.
I get asked this pretty often too, and women’s replies generally fall into three categories:
1. “This is my first time.”
2. “I’ve received offers before, but our schedules didn’t work out, so this is my first time actually meeting someone.”
3. “I’ve met two people so far, but they were strange, so I turned them down. I’m really happy to meet such a wonderful person today.”
Incidentally, whenever a woman says she’s met someone before, the number is always two. (A mystery.)

I think it’s perfectly fine to say, “I received two other offers.”
However, even if you do have an ongoing arrangement with another man, I don’t think you should mention it.
If he asks what the other offers were like, it’s probably best to keep things vague and say something like, “He was a little too pushy,” or “We just didn’t click,” and imply that nothing came of them.
I think the key is to be honest about anything harmless, avoid provoking the other person, and, when you do have to lie, mix in some truth.

Since it’s simply a topic of mutual interest, I think you can answer however you like.
