I’d say getting two offers within a week of registering is pretty good. What makes you think you should withdraw?
If you felt that was too few, wouldn’t your question be more like, “What can I do to get more offers?”
And if you simply wanted to know whether that number was high or low, I think it would be more like, “Are two offers in a week considered few?”
Since you’ve already received two offers in one week, I think it would be better to stay registered rather than withdraw.
Of course, that’s different if you’ve already found someone you like.

If you joined after being approached by a scout or someone similar, your expectations may be higher than most. Is that the case for you, too? Apparently, you can find the numbers online, but it seems that just under half of the women don’t receive any offers. You’re actually in the upper tier.
If you registered expecting offers to come flooding in, despite disliking the idea of strangers seeing your photos, then you might want to consider leaving. It’s simply a matter of the gap between your expectations and reality. Otherwise, there’s no harm in staying registered. Offers do come in from time to time, so if you wait without expecting too much, I think you’ll eventually feel that it wasn’t a bad decision.

If it were me, I’d first find out whether getting two offers a week would continue steadily, or whether I’d only get two during the first week and then nothing at all. Then I’d decide whether to quit.
