If the club name was entered during the registration process, it may have been changed at that point. However, if you’re re-registering, you had already withdrawn once, so it seems more unusual to use the same club name as before.
That said, I imagine the staff may prefer keeping it the same because it helps them avoid confusion. If you’re re-registering, though, I think it should be fine to use a different name. Normally, staff tend to stick with whatever is more convenient for them, as that makes things more efficient.
However, if you properly explain to the staff that you have a reason for not wanting to be recognized, they should agree that changing it would be better. I believe they would allow you to change your club name, and it likely wouldn’t be mentioned in your comments either.
After all, if the name is listed despite your wanting to avoid being recognized, there’s no point.
If the name was entered during the registration process, perhaps you simply hadn’t explained the situation fully to the staff.
If you have circumstances the staff can understand—such as being troubled because your papa (a male supporter) is pressuring you to withdraw due to a rule violation—they may be able to hide the information and change your club name. However, depending on where you are in the registration process, it may not always be possible.
Please explain the situation to the staff.
For re-registration, you’ll need to explain, but I think there’s a good chance they’ll approve it. Still, please check with the staff before going to the interview.
Policies may have changed, so something that was allowed before might not be allowed now.
