Are papas more likely to feel protective toward women from poor families than women who grew up wealthy and well-connected? Are women like that ultimately preferred?

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here with an answer as well. Thank you for your question. Women who come from good families and were raised wealthy are more likely to still be well-off today, so they’re less likely to enter this world. Also, since women from privileged backgrounds are essentially young ladies, I imagine there are quite a few men who want to meet one. Even if they don’t say they come from a good family or that they’re a young lady, their appearance and mannerisms often make it fairly obvious that they’re definitely from a well-connected, privileged background… So, to answer your question: I don’t think that’s necessarily the case.

I’m だて◎ゆめ, a male member. I’m pretty much the same as everyone else. Personally, I don’t think being wealthy or poor matters that much. I suppose I’m on the poorer side for a member of a dating club, but that doesn’t make me feel intimidated—I interact with women confidently and without hesitation. What matters most is finding a woman who genuinely engages with me and understands my approach! That said, if she holds out her hand when it’s time to settle the bill, I’ll raise the amount I give her(笑)

I’m Kazu, a male member. I’ve never really thought much about wanting to protect or support someone. Girls from poor families often tend to be resentful or desperately eager for money. So, cutting out the finer details, I prefer women who are well-off but weren’t raised with money thrown at them. This isn’t something I learned through dating clubs. Rather, through running a company, I’ve often noticed that when troublesome employees cause problems, their upbringing is usually part of the reason. That said, what I actually care about isn’t the financial situation of the woman’s family. What matters is whether we can have a relationship where she genuinely enjoys being with me, rather than only wanting the allowance. I don’t think the women I’ve continued seeing would end things with me even if they received offers from men willing to give them a larger allowance than I do. In fact, they’ve had offers with higher allowances, but as far as I know, none of those relationships continued. They’ll tell me they received an offer, and sometimes vent or ask for advice, but it seems they don’t meet those men a second time. Likewise, even if I found someone willing to accept a lower allowance than they do, I wouldn’t switch partners for that reason alone, nor would I continue seeing someone based solely on that. An allowance is important in a relationship, but it isn’t everything. It’s not low on my list of priorities, but it isn’t number one either. The women I continue seeing are those whose values and views on relationships are close to mine. I think the same applies not only to relationships through dating clubs, but also to marriage and romance without an allowance: things won’t last unless you’re with someone whose values are similar to yours, or whose differences you can work out. That is what matters. The financial situation of someone’s family is a minor detail.

I’m Taro, a male member. Let’s take a moment to calm down and organize your question, haha. First of all, papas aren’t necessarily people from prestigious families. Some may be, but I think most aren’t. As for whether they prefer wealthy or poor women, I think they prefer women they enjoy being intimate with. Basically, it comes down to sexual desire. That’s all they’re looking at. In that sense, all women are equal under the influence of desire. Society’s standards of what makes a woman attractive don’t matter much, and neither does her financial situation. They simply want to shower the woman they like with all kinds of things. There’s no ulterior motive at all. Of course, there are also men who enjoy having someone depend on them and bringing out their protective instincts. But that’s just one of many fetishes. Plenty of men aren’t like that. I’m not sure what was making you anxious enough to ask, but there’s always a certain chance that things won’t work out. Learning is important, of course, but you should focus more on the smaller, technical details. If you’re looking at the bigger picture, you’ll be fine. There’s definitely someone out there who’s right for you, so go into it with confidence. Even if you’re a little awkward and it takes some time, if you keep at it patiently, you’ll definitely meet someone in the end. Hang in there! Don’t give up, haha.
