I don’t think age has anything to do with whether a conversation is enjoyable. If someone is fun to talk to, they’re fun to talk to.
If you’re referring to a generation gap, I think many people actually enjoy learning about things they didn’t know before.

Lately, I’ve been enjoying all-day, long-distance driving dates as a male member. I’m Papercraft.
The fact that she hasn’t experienced much yet is refreshing.
Seeing things for the first time, going places she’s never been, trying new foods, talking about things, and doing things together—
I love seeing her reactions.
Her excitement, surprise, and joy are incredible, so I have a great time and feel happy being with her too.
Of course, compatibility varies. Some people are incredibly fun to talk to, some are fun, some aren’t very enjoyable, and some are downright boring.
In particular, the Type B women are all really fun to be around. It’s great being able to go on trips and enjoy normal dates together.

I can’t speak for the other male members, but after spending my everyday work life nervously catering to odd customers and strange people at the office, standing through meetings while being grilled about my performance with my legs shaking, and worrying about promotions and demotions due to personnel transfers, I find it genuinely relaxing just to listen to a cute woman talk about things like, “This happened at my part-time job/work today!”

It really depends on the topic, but conversations can be fascinating because these women often have perspectives completely different from my own.
In my case, I look at a woman’s occupation and hobbies, then consider whether we might have any common topics before deciding whether to make an offer. I really enjoy learning about specialized knowledge from industries different from my own, and even when we work in the same field, conversation can be enjoyable if she’s knowledgeable and has taken the time to study.
For example, I once discovered that a woman and I shared a favorite restaurant in Paris, which was a lot of fun. It was such an unusual and enjoyable situation to find that a woman I’d met through a dating club and I both liked a restaurant 9,500 kilometers away. Especially now that I can’t travel there, someone I can have conversations like that with is truly valuable.
