I don’t worry about whether other people have noticed. There’s no way to know 100% what others are thinking, so it’s a waste of time to stress over something so uncertain.
If I get found out, I’ll deal with it then. I take part in the club knowing that’s a possibility.

I always try to answer questions properly, but this time I’m not really sure what’s being asked, so I’ll just give it a shot.
I think most wives probably notice. If there’s love, years of shared experience, and a woman’s intuition, they usually know. But bringing it up would only create complications, so in many cases they probably choose to turn a blind eye as long as he doesn’t break up the family and continues to fulfill his responsibilities as a husband. So if you’re married and going to do this sort of thing, I think you need to be prepared for that and act with some restraint. Mac made a good point in a recent question. I’ll have to hit the Like button later.
As for men and women who meet through a dating club, I think it’s a bit more complicated. It might happen if they’ve been seeing each other for a long time or if the woman is experienced with dating, but in many cases neither person is used to this kind of relationship, and there are all sorts of challenges, like the generation gap. Before worrying about whether there are other women, the real question is whether things will even continue with this partner. Besides, I think a pretty large number of male members are quite open about seeing other women.

As Flag Maker said, if you want things to go well with your papa, it’s best to respond in ways that make him happy.
When you’re in the wife’s position, if you also “pretend” not to notice things, your married life might surprisingly go smoothly. But since that seems like it would stress you out, maybe not.
