I don’t think it’s really a matter of which is more compatible. You probably don’t need to worry about this at all.

Whether someone is “high-set” or “low-set” only affects which positions are more comfortable, so either is fine.
If I had to generalize, women who are high-set tend to be a better match for men who only like the missionary position, while women who are low-set tend to suit men who prefer rear-entry.
