Thank you for your question.
I think it depends on whether you have feelings for the other person. It seems that alone can make you feel fulfilled.
Beyond that, I think it also happens when the other person has a certain level of skill.

Assuming the basic technical aspects are covered, I’d say it comes down to compatibility and a sense of security. Not trust exactly, but feeling safe—knowing that this man won’t do anything painful or make me uncomfortable. Once you become familiar with his way of doing things and can anticipate the flow, that sense of security deepens even more. In that sense, I think three to five meetings is a useful benchmark.
It does take time, but once trust starts to develop, it feels even better. The pleasurable feeling generally lasts until sometime the following afternoon. Even tedious meetings or mistakes by my subordinates become easy to forgive. And when the affection deepens further, that good feeling can last for about a week. Eventually, you find yourself unable to go without meeting regularly, almost like experiencing withdrawal.

I’ve never been told something like, “That felt so good♡” but I have heard, “Phew… ahh, that felt good… ah, thanks!”
That was after he said, “I really wanna have sex,” and I went along with him.

You should only do it with someone who feels the same way, right?
It’s not just compatibility, technique, or simply liking someone… So what is it, exactly?
Beyond that, keep nurturing an unceasing, keen curiosity.

I think technique plays a role. By “technique,” I don’t mean some amazing skill, but rather patiently figuring out how the other person responds and stimulating them in a way that works for them. Of course, I believe a mental connection is necessary to feel truly fulfilled. Trust is part of that emotional connection.
I don’t think either one works without the other, so it’s probably impossible to say which is more important.
Trust isn’t something you can gain overnight. I think it’s built gradually through the everyday interactions that come with an ongoing relationship.
