Maezawa from Shacho-shitsu here. Thanks for your question. Declining is fairly common, so it’s not a problem at all. Feel free to come back if you change your mind. The thing to keep in mind is that declining two or three times can start to affect things. Incidentally, people who have declined multiple times—probably three or more—sometimes have it mentioned in their profiles. The reason is to avoid complaints from men, with wording along the lines of: “You might cancel after making a date. Please send an offer only if you’re okay with that.” Naturally, they’ll receive fewer offers as a result. Declining just once won’t affect anything, but you should assume that declining three or more times will have an impact. As for people who have declined twice… I don’t remember exactly what happened, but I believe the interviewer may look at them a little more critically, while there’s generally no impact after registration.
