Perhaps you just happen to be the type whose shape changes.
Also, I think it’s possible for things to fit better even when there’s no visible change. I’m not really sure why, though...

I can’t say whether the shape itself changes, but when I insert my fingers, I can sometimes feel differences in softness and how much she opens up. Since that can vary depending on how she’s feeling, maybe her boyfriend thought her shape had changed.
Rather than being caused by a penis, it may have reflected changes in her feelings or physical condition.
