It may be worth contacting a data recovery service, although I wouldn’t expect them to be able to restore much.
If you’re having trouble because your LINE chat with the club was deleted, try calling the application phone number:
0120-966-154
Explain the situation, and they should be able to connect you with the relevant branch.
(Usually, they’ll probably call you back.)
That should allow you to register on LINE again.
