Thank you for your question.
There seems to be a lot of speculation going around. Even if you’re trying to work it out, it’s difficult without details like, “My matches were Platinum three times in a row.”
Besides, even if a man is Platinum, some people may have upgraded to Platinum for the sake of one particular woman while usually making offers to Gold members. So I think it’s difficult to determine your own class based on the man’s class.
Regardless of the class, what matters more is whether you meet someone you genuinely connect with—and whether you can build a good relationship with them.

I’m Taro, a male member.
Since the number of male and female members in each class was covered in a 2018 question, I’ll use those figures.
If you’ve received an offer from a Platinum male member, that means you’re somewhere between Platinum and Standard. Among female members ranked Platinum through Standard, 16% are Platinum.
Platinum female members only receive offers from male members ranked Platinum or above, so there’s a 69% chance that an offer they receive comes from a Platinum male member. For Gold female members, that probability is 50%.
If I thought about it a little more, I might be able to work out the probability that “if your first offer was from a Platinum member, you’re Platinum yourself.” But I need to get back to work now.
Update (I figured it out!):
There are 1,800 male members ranked Gold or above, including 1,300 ranked Platinum or above. That means a Gold female member has a 72% chance of receiving an offer from a Platinum-or-higher male member.
So just because you receive an offer from a Platinum member doesn’t necessarily mean you’re Platinum yourself. It can happen to a Gold member about 70% of the time.
The chance of a Gold female member receiving offers from Platinum male members five times in a row is 19% (0.72⁵), and over ten consecutive offers it’s 3% (0.72¹⁰). So if it happens ten times in a row, I think it’s fair to assume you’re probably Platinum.
With that said, good luck getting those offers!
Now, back to work....

I’m Kazu, a male member.
I vaguely remember hearing that Platinum is the most common membership level among male members, so I don’t think you can say for certain that he’s Platinum. For example, I’m Black, but I make offers to women from Standard through Black without caring about their registration class.
The one thing we can conclude is that the person who asked the question isn’t Black; he’s either Standard, Gold, or Platinum.
The allowance women ask for doesn’t seem to be related to their class, and even if you knew someone’s class, I don’t think it would offer any real benefit.
For reference, among the women I’ve made offers to and met so far, the breakdown was about Gold 1 : Platinum 2 : Black 2. However, of the women who stated that they wanted 10 per pay-per-meeting, two were Gold, one was Platinum, and one was Black. In other words, among the women I’ve met, Gold women seem to be four times more likely than Platinum or Black women to ask for 10 in allowance. Interesting, isn’t it?
Adding this because Taro and Mac’s calculations were interesting: in addition to the number of members and Pp, the number of offers made per male member is another factor to consider.
