Some men prefer taller women, while others actually prefer shorter women. Being petite can be an advantage too, so please don’t worry about your height too much when you come in.
Basically, we look for someone who:
- Doesn’t seem likely to cause problems
- Has basic manners and morals
- Takes care of her appearance—not necessarily being beautiful or cute, but having a clean, well-groomed look
- Is genuinely interested in going on dates
- Can show at least a little consideration for the other person
There are various criteria we use during the screening process, but I think the most important starting point is whether you have a solid foundation as a person.
As for what to highlight about yourself during the interview, let’s think it through together with our staff.

Thank you for your question.
The main criterion for whether someone is accepted is whether men are likely to send her offers after she registers.
For example, someone who is generally popular with men and often gets showered with attention is more likely to be judged as someone who will receive offers.
Likewise, even if she isn’t popular with men her own age but feels she’s popular with older men, or often gets approached by older men, she’ll probably be considered likely to receive offers.
Even if she’s shy and has trouble talking, if her gestures and mannerisms seem appealing, they may still decide that she’s likely to receive offers.
I don’t think you need to worry about breast size. Having a G cup or larger can be a plus, but not having that isn’t necessarily a negative.
More than anything, your relationship type has a major impact on whether you receive offers. Just recently, a woman who wanted to register as Gold was turned down because she had chosen relationship type A.
If you want to register as type A, I think you need to be attractive enough that you were the prettiest girl in your school.
That’s because offers are much harder to get with type A. A woman who might be expected to receive offers with type B may be judged as unlikely to receive any with type A.
That said, if you lie when registering, men will complain. In some cases, this can result in being forcibly removed from the service. So please don’t lie. Nobody benefits from it.
As for makeup, I think it’s better to wear makeup to your interview. If you don’t usually wear makeup and aren’t confident doing it yourself, it might be a good idea to have your hair and makeup done professionally before coming in for the interview.
Of course, this depends on your overall character, so I think going without makeup can be fine if that suits the woman’s image.

The women who pass are generally those who seem likely to receive offers and unlikely to cancel at the last minute or be late for dates they’ve agreed to. By “likely to receive offers,” I mean women whom men would want to date even after paying the club a setting fee of ¥20,000 or more and giving the woman at least ¥5,000 for transportation. This may make it sound as though you have to be exceptionally glamorous, but plenty of women who look like they could be walking around any ordinary neighborhood are registered too. Honestly, I don’t think the screening standards are that high.
On the other hand, I think women are likely to be rejected if they don’t seem likely to receive offers, seem prone to canceling or being late, or seem likely to cause problems with the club or its male members.
If you go to the interview dressed and prepared as though you were going on a date that a man had paid money for, I think you’ll probably pass.
After writing this, I realized I’m not the person you were hoping would answer. Since I went to the trouble of writing it, though, I’ll leave it up.
