Their conversational skills, attitude, reactions, and so on all vary. As you mentioned, there may be certain trends in different regions, but I believe it would still be wrong to make assumptions.

It seems you still haven’t put in enough time and effort. Try meeting a wider variety of women. I have a feeling your current impression may end up changing completely.
