When I was going through puberty, I once snuck into my father’s study and found either Tokyo Sports or Nikkan Gendai. There was a column speculating about celebrities’ sexual preferences, and I was shocked to see it confidently declare that Kaori Oku○ of Princess Princess was promiscuous. Apparently, the evidence was the way the corners of her eyes crinkled when she smiled. Still a virgin at the time, I was awestruck by the depth of adult wisdom and practically bowed down before it.
Looking back now, I wonder why I ever believed something like that—or whether that article was even remotely acceptable from a compliance standpoint...

So, to answer your question: men imagine all sorts of things, but it’s all based on fantasies from someone’s appearance. They’re not accurate at all.
Even if you have some kind of complex, it’s just like makeup: if you know how to play it up, you’ll be fine. Men are pretty easy.

Honestly, I think there are more things you can’t know for sure than things you can. Even if someone seems experienced but turns out to be surprisingly innocent, that kind of gap can be a pleasant one. I also don’t think many people would be put off simply because someone has little experience.
As long as you have a relationship where you both feel safe enough to let your guard down, I think that’s all that matters.
When Yokoyama had his first experience, he also pretended to be experienced and went for it. He was found out at the time, though...
