I’ve heard that women over 40 aren’t in demand, but if you’re a beautiful, glamorous woman over 45, wealthy men will compete for you. Is that true? Does that really happen?

Maezawa here—I’ll answer too. I suddenly wondered whether there might be women aged 40 and over who still receive a flood of offers, so I looked into it. I started by checking the number of favorites. I found women in their 40s who had been added to more than 200 men’s favorites lists. To put that into perspective: - If 20 or more men have added you to their favorites, you’ll usually receive about one offer (though sometimes you won’t). - If 50 or more have added you, you’ll receive multiple offers. - Once you pass 100, offers start flooding in. So having more than 200 is truly impressive. When I checked her dates, she had gone out with 15 men in just this past year. I also found another woman in her 40s who had dated 14 men within three months. And that was just from a quick search, so there are probably many more if you look carefully. Normally, people receive the most offers when they first register, and the number gradually declines over time. But receiving offers from 15 men in a year despite having been registered for quite some time is remarkable. Having 14 dates within three months of registering is also impressive. So it seems fair to say that if you’re a beautiful, mature woman, wealthy men may compete for your attention—at least in terms of the number of offers you receive.
