I’m Aizawa, Sub-Chief at Universe Club Tokyo. We have received reports in the past of men driving under the influence. However, unless we receive permission from the woman involved to verify the matter, it is difficult for the club to take action. Also, since there may be no evidence, even if we investigate and the man denies everything, the matter may simply end with him being marked as someone to watch out for. The club was not present, so we cannot know whether the man or the woman is telling the truth. However, if we receive similar reports from multiple people, the information becomes more credible and we can take action. Please, if a crime has occurred, try to preserve evidence. Alternatively, please provide us with feedback. We are working to create a system where only good people remain. Thank you for your cooperation.

We haven’t received permission from the woman to verify the situation, so we haven’t been able to take any action regarding the man (>_<)
