We do ask about marriage history. Some women also volunteer details about their current situation, but officially, we only ask whether they’ve ever been married and whether they have children.
That said, it’s something men are naturally curious about too, so I get the feeling that some staff members do check on a woman’s current situation as well.
So yes, there are women who have been married before.
We don’t ask the men, but I imagine some of them are married too. Still, we don’t ask. (笑)
