Dating a woman costs even more, so if you’re worried about skimping over an amount like that, I think you’d be better off giving up. Just be honest and enjoy spending time with a Platinum-class woman.
That said, if you’re trying to save money here, I have to wonder if you’re cutting corners elsewhere too. In that case, you probably wouldn’t be able to maintain a relationship with a Platinum woman in the first place.
We appreciate your desire to help Universe make money, though. (笑)

I recall that they occasionally run campaigns allowing you to make offers to women in the higher-tier classes. However, there’s no guarantee the woman you’re interested in will still be registered by the time the next campaign comes around.
Overall, I’m not sure the women in the Black class are worth the price difference, but I recommend not being stingy over the roughly ¥200,000 difference. If you find someone you really like, don’t miss the opportunity—make up your mind and send the offer right away.
Also, the upgraded membership is valid for one year, so in practical terms, you get the remainder of your current membership period for free.

When my membership was downgraded to Gold at renewal, there was one woman I absolutely wanted to make an offer to as a Platinum member.
So I bit the bullet, upgraded to Platinum, paid the additional annual fee, and immediately made her an offer.
And the result was…
“I’m sorry, but you look like someone I know, and it makes me uncomfortable, so I can’t accept your offer.”
Ouch… My upgrade was completely, utterly wasted! LOL
Life doesn’t always go as planned (^_^;)
