I’m a male member, Paper Airplane. If a woman has received an offer in the past, I’d say she’s very unlikely to fail the interview. I think the staff’s approach is to pass every woman who seems likely to receive an offer—or might possibly receive one—so they can create as many good opportunities for men and women to meet as possible. In other words, they’re not conducting an especially strict screening process. I imagine it’s quite rare for someone who’s likely to be rejected to even come in for an interview—especially outside the Kanto region.

If you were rejected, it was probably because you had canceled at the last minute during your previous registration or something similar. For now, try requesting to register again. As long as you participated normally before, you won’t be rejected.
