I think it depends on the person, as well as on the woman’s financial situation at the time.
I believe women are looking for a well-groomed, good-looking man with a pleasant personality who offers an allowance of 10 for a pay-per-meeting arrangement.
I’ve heard from several women that they feel guarded when they receive an offer from a man in his 30s. On the other hand, I’ve never heard anyone say they dislike a man simply because he’s in his 60s.

As for this, based on my own experience, I’d say it’s a 10 for the former.
Being young isn’t actually much of an advantage(^_^;)

If they’re both kind and have good personalities, I think I’d date both of them.
It might be a different story if one paid ¥100,000 and the other only ¥10,000, though（笑）
Actually, more women in papa-katsu have a boyfriend around their own age, so you should probably assume that even while dating someone who gives them ¥100,000, they may also be in that kind of relationship with their boyfriend without money being involved.
