If this was your first date with someone introduced by Universe, our rules require the man to give you ¥5,000–¥10,000 for transportation. If you didn’t receive it, he violated the rules. Please send the club the details. Once we confirm that he failed to give you the money, we will collect it from him and pass it on to you. However, from the second date onward, it becomes a private matter between the two of you, so you’re free to negotiate—or not. Even so, it would be helpful if you could let the club know, for example, that you didn’t receive an allowance on your second date. Although we can’t say anything to the man about dates after the first, our staff can recognize that he’s someone to avoid. Simply knowing that it would be risky to introduce women to him can help prevent others from being harmed.

I’m a male member named Basil. If it was your first meeting, I think the club would do something to help if you contacted them. A 30-minute meeting probably means you simply weren’t a good match. After the second meeting, a 30-minute meeting without an adult relationship would generally only happen if the Type B woman turned him down or there was some kind of problem. Since it’s not bound by the club’s rules and probably wouldn’t continue anyway, I’d probably stop paying an allowance as well.
