That’s a tricky one. Makeup can make a woman look more glamorous, while going makeup-free lets you see her as she really is. I’m greedy, so I’d like to see both—that’s why I’m fine either way. :D
For the first meeting, I think you should do whatever feels right for you. If your papa (a male supporter) says anything, you can decide how to respond then.

Unless they’re close enough to stay over, I’d say nearly 100% of women shower without taking off their makeup.
My eyesight is bad, so if I dim the lights and take off my glasses, I can’t see anything in the first place. I always feel like I’m missing out a little.

I often hear in articles and magazines that men tend to prefer women without makeup, so I do feel that going makeup-free may be the better option.
That said, if wearing makeup helps you feel more at ease or gives you confidence, I think it can be a wonderful tool.
It might also be a good idea to ask your male partner what he prefers.

Are you asking whether you should remove your makeup when you take a shower?
I’ve never seen a woman I met through Universe remove her makeup except when staying overnight.
Personally, I don’t mind whether she keeps her makeup on or goes bare-faced. That said, it can be a little distracting when women in their 40s or older occasionally end up with barely-there eyebrows after removing their makeup.

That’s a tough one. The reason is that women basically look 99% like a different person once they take off their makeup (according to Joe’s research). That said, it doesn’t necessarily make them any less attractive. In fact, it can sometimes be even more exciting.
Of course, that’s just the male perspective. In short, so women don’t feel self-conscious, men should simply lose consciousness whenever a woman is makeup-free. Problem solved!
