I’ve seen people say that repeating it over and over can improve compatibility, but does repeated intimacy actually make you more compatible, or is compatibility something that can’t be changed no matter how often you do it? Sex with my papa (a male supporter) is amazing, but sex with my boyfriend doesn’t excite me for some reason (maybe because he was a virgin), and I’m feeling anxious, so I wanted to ask. Thank you.

I’m a male member, Paper Airplane. Basically, compatibility on the man’s side doesn’t change much. If a man has little interest in sex, he may stay that way indefinitely. Women can gradually become more open and responsive over time, depending on the man, so whether a relationship can continue that long probably comes down to how deep the love is between the couple. From the man’s perspective, helping a woman discover new sides of herself isn’t necessarily a bad thing, and if you’re in love, you can take years to do that. That said, I think it’s only possible if the boyfriend doesn’t have other things to enjoy or get absorbed in, such as drinking, gambling, or hobbies. Also, since you’re currently able to feel that things are as good as they can be, it seems the only option may be to find someone you’re truly compatible with.

Maezawa from the CEO’s Office here with an answer as well. Thank you for your question. > Sex with my papa is amazing, but sex with my boyfriend doesn’t excite me for some reason (maybe because he was a virgin), and it’s making me anxious. It’s not really a matter of “why,” I think—it’s simply a difference in experience or technique. There’s nothing wrong with a woman teaching a man, so why not try showing him the ropes?

I’m Kazu, a male member. From the fact that you wrote, “For some reason, I don’t get excited,” I think there’s something about your boyfriend that simply doesn’t align with your particular tastes. Even if you keep having sex with him without giving it much thought, there’s no guarantee it will eventually click for you. Sex with your boyfriend doesn’t have to be good, and it’s not necessarily something that must be good. I don’t think the quality of the sex has anything to do with whether your relationship with that person is marriage, papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), or anything else.
