Thank you for your question.
> I just can’t shake the feeling that it’s dirty.
You may want to look into what’s causing that feeling and try to overcome the trauma behind it.
Perhaps your parents were very strict when you were growing up, and you were taught that sex was dirty or sinful. It might help to learn that this isn’t necessarily true.
That said, I’m not sure how you could overcome it. You may want to consider speaking with a professional counselor.

I’m Marika.
I don’t know whether having a sexless life would make you beautiful, but I want to remain the kind of woman who gives off an erotic allure that makes men desire her.
If you keep making that kind of effort, perhaps you will become more beautiful over time.
I don’t think sex itself is what causes skin problems, but why not try addressing any possible factors, such as stress, age, or other unhealthy habits? If sex through papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) is stressful for you, I think you should take a break from it.
