Does President Kida also see this question, along with the staff at all the branches?

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here—I’ll answer as well. Thanks for your question. President Kida is set up to receive email notifications, but he’s probably too busy to read them all. That said, even without opening the email, the first ten or so characters are visible. If they contain something attention-grabbing, he might wonder what it is and open the message. As for the staff at all the branches… I don’t think they’re reading them.

I’m Kazu, a male member. It doesn’t seem like they read through every question. Apparently, answers have recently been handled on a rotating basis among the branches, so I doubt they look closely unless it’s their turn. That’s just my guess, but I imagine they only check the questions if they come up in internal discussions. That’s how companies tend to work, I suppose. Even if you designate the person you want an answer from as the representative, there’s no guarantee that Mr. Kida will see it.
