USJ… it’s certainly one of the most famous date spots.
Whether you go or not is ultimately up to the gentleman, but I imagine many men would enjoy sharing a different kind of date with a woman.

At USJ, wealthy people would probably buy tickets that let them enter and enjoy the attractions without waiting in line, so it sounds like you could take your time and really enjoy the park.
I don’t think there’s any problem with inviting him, but whether he actually goes is up to the man.
That said, it can be amusing to take a serious guy who’s never been there before, because he may end up thinking, “I had no idea it was such an incredible place.”
Personally, I think TDR is more fun than USJ. However, TDR doesn’t have tickets specifically for wealthy guests, so one downside is that you can’t really show off the power of money there. (Staying at an official hotel does let you enter before the general public, though.)

I went recently. Since there aren’t many international visitors right now, it’s a little less crowded—definitely a good opportunity. You won’t have to wait in line, so let’s get plenty of Express Passes paid for.
P.S.
Universal Studios Japan has VIP tickets for two people costing ¥255,000. I’d love to go someday. The ¥10,100 VIP Tour isn’t anything special, so you’re better off getting lots of regular Express Passes instead.
