I’m craving a croissant right now, so I’ll use croissants as an example.
Imagine there’s a delicious croissant right in front of you with a rich buttery flavor. Let’s say it’s your all-time favorite croissant. Then one day, the same bakery releases a new croissant made with plenty of premium French butter. Since it’s new, you decide to try it out—that’s the same kind of mindset.
You might think, “It’s delicious because it uses premium butter,” only to find that it’s not all that special and go back to your usual croissant. Or you might think, “Wow, premium butter really does make a difference,” and switch to the new one. Or, since the new product is expensive and you can only have it occasionally, you might alternate between the two.
Basically, it’s about expanding your options.

Since you refer to her as a “good girl,” I assume this question is probably from a man’s perspective.
I think the reason is that he’s still looking for someone even better.
If he feels that he won’t find anyone better than her, he’ll stop making offers to new women. But if he thinks, “She’s a really great woman, but maybe there’s someone even better out there,” he may continue making offers to new women.
There are also men who want to see as many good women as possible. For men like that, seeing multiple women is perfectly normal, so I don’t think you need to worry about it.
If you really are a great woman, you won’t lose out even if he makes offers to new women, so I think you can feel reassured.

I’m Kazu, a male member who makes offers to new women even though I’m already seeing someone regularly.
If you only have one partner, you’re back to square one when things end because she gets married or for some other reason. It takes time to become comfortable and familiar with someone, right? I think it’s too late to start looking for someone only after a relationship ends.
No one woman can meet all your needs. Someone may be willing to chat with you on LINE, have the conversations you enjoy, share your hobbies, be compatible with your preferences, have a schedule that works for you, and match your tastes in appearance and body type—but I don’t think anyone can fulfill everything a man looks for in a partner, including being good at oral sex. So you have to meet those needs through multiple women.
There may be other reasons too, but those are the ones that immediately came to mind.
