I have inverted nipples. Do men generally lose interest when they see them? It wouldn’t bother me either. If you say you have a complex about it, that gives people a little context, so I think that’s enough.
In the past, there was someone who stubbornly refused to get completely naked because she had scars. Even after we’d had an adult relationship a few times, she still wouldn’t.
I understood wanting to hide the scars—I’d caught a brief glimpse of them once—but when she kept hiding them indefinitely, I eventually lost interest.
I guess I couldn’t accept the feeling that she was keeping me at arm’s length.

What matters is the type of face you like and the overall vibe of the conversation.
As for inverted nipples, I don’t really care. If anything, they might even be kind of sexy. Just playfully say, “I’m embarrassed because they’re inverted,” and that’ll make it even more enticing.
