The “transportation included” part of the “6” is basically just filler, isn’t it? It doesn’t really mean anything in particular.
That said, it probably depends on how far away you are.
It’ll generally be taken negatively, but if she has to travel three hours each way to meet you, she might actually welcome it. Even if she gets 10,000 yen less, she’d be spending six hours traveling—time she could perhaps use to meet another papa in her area.
Anyway, I’d say do whatever feels right to you. Enjoy your papa-katsu activities, including the interactions along the way.

When you say things should be “decided based on the going rate,” that’s ultimately disrespectful to women. If you offer a little more, everything gets resolved. Any anxiety that money can solve should be solved with money.
The person asking this question definitely has more money than I do, so I want you to make an effort to look the part. Don’t be stingy over 10,000 or 20,000 yen.
If you have money, please give generously. Let them dream a little.

It really depends on how the woman interprets “60,000 yen including transportation.”
Since you normally give her an allowance plus her actual transportation costs, you’re essentially paying transportation twice, right? (lol) In that case, she probably doesn’t consider transportation to be included in the allowance. So if you tell her it’s 50,000 yen including transportation, it wouldn’t be surprising if she felt you were trying to negotiate the amount down.
If you want to avoid any possible friction, I think it would be best to pay 60,000 yen.
When I meet women who live far away, I decide whether to cover transportation based on whose circumstances require the travel. If it’s for my convenience, I pay; if it’s for hers, I don’t.
As for the allowance, I keep it the same regardless of where we meet.

Wouldn’t it be better to keep the allowance the same as when she’s coming from out of town?
If you feel you need to add extra allowance just to enjoy a meal, karaoke, or time together with someone you’re interested in, maybe it’s better not to go. If you’re too focused on the allowance and the time, you probably won’t be able to enjoy it much.

Thank you for asking.
As a general rule, the allowance should be decided through a discussion between the two of you. Rather than asking here, I think it would be better to talk it over with the woman involved and decide together.
Assuming it’s the same person, reducing it from 6 to 5 will probably leave her disappointed.
Even if you explain that you had to cover your own transportation costs this time, she may appear to accept it but still feel uneasy inside. It may be awkward to bring up in advance, but I think you should clearly ask her beforehand whether it would be okay to reduce it to 5 next time.

I’ve had women come to meet me from far away, and I’ve also traveled to meet women who live far away.
When you say “60,000 yen, including transportation,” do you mean the club’s transportation allowance? I believe that applies to the first date.
As for the allowance after the two-hour meal on the first date, as well as allowances for the second date onward, I think those are terms the man and woman discuss and decide together.
