As Maezawa has also mentioned, we do accept attractive women over the age of 45.
We currently have several female members in their 50s and older as well. However, please understand that the screening process is more demanding.
Also, even if you’re accepted, it won’t mean much if you don’t receive any offers, so be sure to highlight your appeal during the interview.

There used to be no upper age limit, but at some point they started stating:
“Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years old.”
That said, even if you’re over 45, you may still be able to join if you look attractive, since there was no age restriction in the past. So I recommend applying as if you didn’t know about the age limit.
As long as you can get through the age verification process and make it to the interview, I believe it ultimately comes down to your own merits.
