I still don’t fully understand the new system, so I haven’t been able to get any solid figures yet. That said, there is a way to make an estimate.
Based on annual sales of ¥1.2 billion and 3,717 male members in October:
If we assume 20% is deducted for membership fees, the offer revenue comes to ¥258,270 per member. Since there are many Platinum and Gold offers, let’s simply use the average offer amount of (¥50,000 + ¥30,000) ÷ 2 = ¥40,000.
That would mean each male member has about 6.5 arrangements per year.
There are a lot of assumptions here, so the margin of error is fairly large, but roughly speaking, that’s how it looks to me.
Of course, someone who has been a member for about five years would have around 32 dates, while some members date much more than that. Naturally, there are also members with fewer dates.
In the end, an average is just an average, so it’s important to keep in mind that the average differs from the largest group of members.
By the way, if you meant the number of women they’ve actually dated rather than the number of offers, that figure would be far too low. Please research and report the number of women they’ve experienced from now on as well.

I live outside the major cities, so I’m the type who only does papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) when I’m traveling for work. Even if I make lots of offers to new women, the days I can actually meet are limited, so I only meet a few new people each year.
I imagine there are quite a few people who make offers to dozens of women, so the average may be relatively high. But the median might actually be close to what you suggested.
I’m curious about this too. I wonder if the club has any data it can share.

Based on my rough calculations, “around five” seems fairly close, so there’s a good chance the questioner’s impression is accurate.

Since this is a dating club, I’ve had various things to think about after starting relationships, so I haven’t made any more offers.

You’re a woman, right? I get the impression that those men are understating the number of offers they’ve received.
I think it also depends on how long they’ve been members. If they’ve been members for over a year and have only received five or so offers, that’s not many. But if it’s only been a few months, five or so is actually quite a lot. Just guessing, but I’d say the most common number of offers for male members is probably around 10 to 20 a year.
I’ve been a member for four months, and I’ve received a two-digit number of offers—comfortably more than the number you’ve received. When a woman asks me on our first date, “How many women have you met so far?” I’ll give her the honest number if she seems like someone I could become close with. But most of the time, I tell her about half the actual number.
