If a man is willing to tip taxi drivers and restaurant staff ¥10,000–¥20,000, he must be quite financially comfortable.
I don’t think you can simply ask him to give that tip to you, but if you think of a way to get him to increase your allowance, there may be a chance. That said, if it goes badly, the relationship itself could end, so you’ll need to think it through carefully.
For example, once you’re in the room, you could help him undress, line up his shoes for him (though I’m sure they’re already lined up), hand him a bath towel, wash his body, and generally go overboard with all kinds of extra service.
If he asks, “What’s gotten into you all of a sudden?” you could say something like, “I wanted a tip too, so I thought I’d provide some extra service.”
It might be interesting to try.
He probably won’t give you one, but he might drop a hint about how you could get your allowance increased.

Take a close look at how the people who received tips treated him, and think carefully about why they got them. If you can give him an equal or greater level of satisfaction, the tip will probably come naturally.
