You may want to assume that the idea of receiving your ID within one or two days is simply the result of misinformation spreading.
The staff member who conducted your interview would be the only one able to give you the specifics of your acceptance or rejection, but creating a profile that conveys even a little of a woman’s appeal takes time.
If they rushed to create it and posted it on the members’ page, the result would likely be truly dreadful—something no one could look at.
Based on your question, it sounds like the interviewer was also quite enthusiastic, so I think you can afford to be hopeful.

That message is a standard template, so for now, please wait the full seven days.

These days, more branches are also notifying women when they aren’t accepted. Alternatively, some branches apparently say, “If you don’t hear from us within one or two days, you were not accepted.”
So, unless the message from the branch specifically says something other than “within seven days,” it’s probably a rejection.
(At the very least, the system has changed so that applicants who aren’t accepted generally find out within two days.)
Since you weren’t given any such notice this time, I believe you’ve probably passed.
At branches that conduct a large number of interviews, it often takes the full seven days. This is because it takes time to write the staff’s comments.

That’s incorrect.
It depends on whether the branch has a large or small number of interviews.
Also, in the case of an exceptionally beautiful woman, or when they want to introduce someone to a particular man, they may prioritize introducing her before registering her in the database. In those cases, it can take more than seven days for her ID to be sent.
(However, since they’ll need to coordinate schedules, you’ll probably be able to tell that they’re introducing you even if you haven’t received your ID yet.)

I haven’t calculated the latest figures, but based on my general impression, it seemed to be around 40% before COVID because there were simply too many applicants.
(Even quite cute and beautiful women were rejected, which made me wonder whether the standards were a bit strange...)
These days, due to the impact of COVID, I feel the acceptance rate may be somewhat higher, but I haven’t checked the data, so I can’t say for sure.
