Asking for details about several women and then making an offer to only one of them? I think that’s fairly normal.
For example, if there are three candidates and you want to make an offer to one of them, it seems perfectly reasonable to ask questions like, “Could you tell me more about this point I’m concerned about?”
However, if it goes like this:
“Tell me about these five women” → no offer
“Tell me about the next five” → no offer
“Tell me about the next five” → one offer
then you’ve asked for information on 15 women before making an offer to just one. Even if the staff says on the surface that it’s fine, they may start wondering:
“Is this going to continue every day?”

If you’re considerate enough to worry about it, the staff will actually appreciate that, so I don’t think there’s any problem.
On the other hand, if someone comes at them aggressively, as if they need to get their money’s worth, the conversation may initially go something like, “Could you cut back a little?”
But if the person responds, “Hey, I have the right to do this, don’t I?” then the staff may realize, “We should have limited the number of inquiries from the start.”
As a result, a service that was generously offered without a limit could lead to a new rule because of a few people, such as “inquiries are limited to X times,” ultimately inconveniencing the other men as well.

I think that’s quite normal, so I don’t think you’re disliked. But if you feel more comfortable as a Gold member, I think it’s perfectly fine to downgrade. There’s no need to force yourself.
Gold members can still ask questions by email, but the official website says:
“Email consultations available (does not include detailed information about women).”
So it specifically says that detailed information about women is not included.
You should check with the branch what they mean by “details,” but I assume it probably means that it would be difficult for them to answer questions about information not included in a woman’s profile.

How you choose to use the club is entirely up to you, so please ignore any staff member who says things like, “You should really make more offers to women in the Platinum class.”

If you’re a male member who’s considerate enough to worry about this, I doubt the staff see you as a nuisance.
That said, it’s quite common for a woman you made an offer to without much expectation to turn out to be wonderful. If you feel the setting fee is on the low side, why not try making offers to women you haven’t approached before? It would give both you and the women more opportunities to meet, while also meaning more offers for the women the staff recommended—a win-win-win for everyone.
